The Jesse Jumpsuit is our answer to wanting an all in one outfit for true comfort, style and casual charm. To help minimise wardrobe decisions in the morning, this cut gives you everything you need in an outfit that’s suitable for all year round. 

Our PDF Pattern comes with in depth written instructions, an A4 tile copy, US Letter tiles and an A0 version. This pattern also comes with PDF Layers so you can choose to view only the sizes you need when printing.

Skill level: This pattern is suitable for ambitious intermediate sewers

Sizing: Sizes 4 - 28 are included in this pattern. Our sizes run true to UK sizing - for full sizing details see below in the drop down menu.

Construction techniques: Welt pocket, french seam side pockets, collar with neck facing, full sleeve, elasticated waistband, mock fell seams, topstitching details and optional zip fastening.

Suitable fabrics: Light/medium denim, light/medium twill, light weight canvas, needlecord, wool suiting, linen (beware as linen will crease heavily)

Fabric width 150cm | Sizes 4 - 12 = 250cm | Sizes 14 - 20 = 290cm | Sizes 22 - 28 = 310cm

Materials list: Self fabric, fabric for pocket bags & binding - a 40cm strip of lightweight cotton (any width of fabric), 4 x buttons (around 1.5/2cm) or 3 x buttons (around 1.5/2cm) and 16-18cm zip, elastic (roughly 3cm wide), thread in a colour of your choice and about 80cm of good quality fusing

This bundle of patterns gives you some of our favourite essentials for autumn wearing, covering bases such as loungewear, daily classics and outerwear. It's a great option for anyone looking to sew a very useful set of clothes.

Skill level: Intermediate sewers. The full series will require a reasonable amount of sewing experience. The loungewear pieces are the easiest garments to make of the series and if you'd like extra guidance with the Over Shirt & Worker Trousers we have workshop options for those. Making trousers is a technical process requiring precision, care and attention to detail. It's our opinion that trousers are just about the most useful garments you can make so it's a wonderful skill to be able to sew them to a high quality.

This mini series will take you through the process of making trousers and enable you to make 3 different pairs using professional sewing techniques.

What you'll learn:

Both of the pre-recorded online workshops will help you to elevate your sewing skills and improve your confidence. You will learn how to sew waistband & belt loops, smart front pockets, patch pockets and overlocked flat seam with topstitching. You'll also be shown how to do 2 different fly fastenings: a zip fly and a concealed button fly, both of which are finished with internal binding.These skills will be transferable to any garment you sew, in particular all future pairs of trousers. This is a great option for anyone looking to diversify their skills and learn how to make 3 pairs of good, long lasting trousers.

The process:

To start the series we recommend starting with the Daphne Trouser and watching the guided tutorial for this style. Once you've made this piece you'll be able to build on these skills in the Worker Trouser workshop. Once you've completed both of these workshops you'll have all the knowledge needed to make the Spring Trousers by following the PDF instructions.

This is a great option for total beginners looking to dive into sewing and build solid skills from the get go. The collection of garments are no only the easiest ones in our range but they're the ones that offer the most guidance with the supporting online tutorials.

Skill level: Beginner - You don't need previous sewing experience but you should feel comfortable using a sewing machine. It's a good idea to spend some time getting used to the machine and perhaps sew some simple things such as pillow cases or tote bags. Our series of free videos will also show you everything you need to know before you start your workshops.

Once you're ready to start we recommend completing the series in the following order:

The French Smock is a casual classic that comes with a huge range of design options which include: a button up placket OR zip fastening, different bib shapes, an optional trim for the curved bib, optional patch pockets, 2 different lengths and options for thick or thin fabrics for the cuff, sleeve placket and neck binding (thin fabrics can use the smaller pattern pieces, thicker fabrics will want to use the wider pattern pieces.

With this pattern you’ll be able to create your own truly unique garment by selecting your favourite features and making something that’s personal to you.

Suitable fabrics: Linen, poplin, lawn, lightweight denim and twill for a 'blouse' version. For a heavier 'outdoor layer' version you can use corduroy, denim, wool suit or a lightweight wool felt.
