Shades of purple

A few makes came in over Christmas in varying shades of purple. From mauve to magenta and lavender I love these fabric choices. Whether it's a subtle shade or a pop of colour, it's nice to throw a different shade into the wardrobe to brighten things up.

I didn't get the purple memo but here's my double denim handmade combo from last week. The shirt is the Unisex Shirt cut in a lovely mid-weight denim from Raystitch.
The Worker trousers are a very soft denim I bought in India. If you have a very soft and supple fabric for your trousers I recommend opting for a zip instead of buttons on the fly. A project for this week is to alter this pair and change them to a zip fly.
