Shipping:

We ship all orders using a tracked service via Royal Mail and a tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

We currently dispatch orders twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

UK: 2-3 business days | £3.50

Europe: 3-5 business days | £10-15 (calculated at checkout by weight and country)

Rest of World: 6-7 business days | £13.50-23.50 (calculated at checkout by weight and country)

When shipping to countries within the EU there may be additional taxes and duties levied on delivery. Unfortunately we aren't able to cover these fees and so any customs charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns:

You are welcome to return your order for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note we do not cover the postage cost of returned orders.
