It's the summer solstice here in the Northern hemisphere and I'm certainly feeling grateful for the long hours of light.
I've had a busy few days of visiting friends in Cornwall and Bristol and working on a big collaboration that will be launching soon. So this week is a short and sweet selection of lovely makes from all over the world.
This is one of my own makes - the Daphne Trousers in a linen canvas. I cut a size 10 and I opted for the 'ankle cuff' option that comes with this pattern. There's also the option to make these full length trousers with a standard hem but I personally like the 'ankle cuff' to give the piece a bit of extra weight.
I personally like this cut as it's unfussy and paired back yet elegant. These are usually my 'going out' trousers and they're super easy to dress up (as well as down).
