Sizing & Fit
UK Sizes 4 - 28 (with PDF Layers)
The Isabel Dress is designed with a very relaxed, voluminous A-line silhouette, so the fit through the body is relatively simple. We recommend choosing your usual size and if you usually like to do an FBA or shoulder adjustment you can do so.
The cut features a clean bodice with a V-shaped back neckline and a high collar that extends into a long tie at the back. The ankle length skirt is generous in volume and sits low on the waist, with side pockets making the piece functional and easy to wear.

Materials Needed
Suitable fabrics:
We recommend light weight woven fabrics that balance structure and movement. Softer fabrics will create a more fluid, relaxed silhouette, while slightly crisper fabrics will hold the shape of the skirt and waist detail more clearly. Suitable fabrics include cotton lawn/poplin, linen, tencel and silk dupion/taffeta.
Please note that the high collar and volume of fabric throughout the dress is much more comfortable to wear when made in softer, lighter fabrics.
Fabric requirements: Our lay-plans are always done on a single layer of fabric to reduce wastage.
